Tailored Property Management was incorporated in July 2002 by four main directors. We aim to provide high growth buy to let property investment in the North East of England.
The Directors of Tailored Property Management Ltd have many years of combined experience in the buy-to-let market from the purchasing of suitable housing right through to the tenanting and management thereafter, producing high yield buy to let property investment for it's landlords
The objective of TPM Ltd is to provide a full turnkey service to the buy-to-let landlord where all the problems and pitfalls can be handled by our highly experienced and dedicated team, chosen by the Directors for their professionalism and enthusiasm.
We currently successfully manage a substantial portfolio of properties, in the North East of England, for our clients and can provide testimony and references as required.
