Refurbishments are carried out to the client’s specification, and tailored to each individual property.
Tailored Property Management Ltd, North East, employs a skilled work force to meet the requirements of each property refurbishment. Subject to financial circumstances, TPM Ltd’s Contracts Manager will produce a specific schedule of work and a written quotation provided (where required).
Once having been agreed, TPM Ltd will move in the refurbishment team and works will be carried out swiftly and overseen by our Operations Director and Contracts Manager.
